Wild Boar Trail and Inferno Well - Manteigas

This route has a total of 14 km, but if you prefer a shorter walk you can opt for the Inferni well (2,5Km).

In both paths, you can find magnificent landscapes, we highlight the waterfalls of the Ribeira de Leandres, the waterfalls of Poço do Inferno.

Glacier Valley Trail - PR6 Manteigas

A pedestrian route of the most favorite.

It starts in Manteigas and ends in the Torra da Serra da Estrela. Passing through the wonderful Covão d'Ametade, Cântaro Magro, Cântaro Gordo, Covão cimeiro and the Covão do Fero.

Levada Route Trail - Cabeça - Loriga

The Levadas route is to stop the vle of the Ribeira de Loriga, the water mills, the Serapitel Well, a waterfall of crystalline water and the Marmitas de Gigante.

Covão dos Conchos, is undoubtedly one of the most visited and surprising places in the Serra da Estrela.

Loriga Throat Trail

A relatively short but demanding trail and you may still find snow, so we recommend hiking between May and October.

The Loriga Glacier Valley, the Covões do Boleiro, do Meio, da Nave and da Areia, the Covão do Meio dam and the Eirs da Pedra are some of the places you can find.

Mondego River Walkways

These are the most recent walking trails of Serra da Estrela.

You will walk among ruins of old water mills, lantern factories, suspension bridges, waterfalls without forgetting the wonderful natural landscapes of the Mondego Valley.

Tracks from Vale do Rossim to Nave da Mestre

The Nave da Mestre can only be reached on foot. However, until you get there you will get to know the banks of the Vale de Rossim reservoir, Vale das Éguas and the famous Talisca da Mestre.
